3 Italian policemen killed on political-watch patrol

The Red Brigades claimed responsibility for an ambush Tuesday in which three Milan policemen were killed on patrol. It was Italy's most violent guerrilla attack of the new year. Police said the three victims were involved mainly in political work, keeping schools and factories under surveillance.
