Test-tube-Baby clinic OK'd for Virginia

The Virginia Department of Health Tuesday appoved eastablishment of the first test-tube-baby clinic in the United States, a department spokeswoman said. The clinic is authorized to fertilize human ova through artificial insemination. The state health commissioner, Dr. James Kenley, approved an application to set up the controversial clinic at Norfolk General Hospital, about 120 miles east of this state capital.
