Hua, visiting China, says N. Korea won't go south

Chinese Premier Hua Guofeng arrived Tuesday on the First Chinese state visit to Japan in 2,000 years and was greeted by Prime Minister Masayoshi Ohira. Mr. Hua assured Mr. Ohira at their first session that "North Korea will not move into the South by taking advantage of the current turmoil." In addition, the two Asian leaders discussed and denounced the soviet invasion of Afghanistan, which Mr. Hua called "a premeditated action which is part of the Soviet Union's worldwide strategies."
