Unidentified gunmen barged into a church in San Juan Nonualco, 27 miles east of here, and shot to death an Italian priest, Cosme Spessoto, while he was saying mass on Saturday.He was the ninth priest killed in El Salvador since 1977 and one of more than 2,000 people who have been killed in political violence this year in the Massachusetts-size nation. Six other victims of political killings were found over the weekend, authorities said.
