Soviet-bloc meeting ends by reaffirming unity

A ministerial meeting of the 10-nation communist trading organization, Comecon, which has concentrated on economic cooperation and energy, went into its final day here Thursday. The prime ministers will sign a joint declaration likely to outline long-term cooperation within the bloc.

Newspapers reported that Czechoslovakia and the Soviet Union had signed a long-term agreement under which Czechoslovakia would produce components of Soviet-designed power plants of the Voronezh type, with an output of 440 to 1, 000 megawatts. The agreement allows for the export of the plants to third-world countries.
