Ronald Reagan has narrowed his list of possible vice-presidential nominees down to former UN Ambassador George Bush, Sen. Richard G. Lugar of Indiana, and Sen. Paul Laxalt of Nevada, campaign aides said Thursday. Key Reagan aides told United Press International that while the choice has been narrowed to these three, Mr. Reagan still has made no final decision on a running mate.
