Bolivia's deposed civilian President, Lidia Gueiler Tejada, will be allowed to leave the country in a few days, according to the military government that deposed her. Hours after the July 17 coup, Mrs. Geuiler read a resignation statement on television, and the armed forces said she could leave the country. But the permission was revoked after she told a Chilean reporter her resignation was forced.
