French Jews protest after synagogue blast

Thousands of French Jews are protesting a bomb blast that killed 4 people and injured 15 other outside a synagogue. Demonstration were also held in Marseille , Toulon, and Toulouse. Another march through Paris by political movements and trade unions is scheduled for Tuesday. The police have been under heavy criticism for not taking neo-Nazi groups seriously in recent months. Leftwingers and police trade unionist accuse the government of permitting Nazis to infiltrate police ranks.
Meanwhile, another bomb exploded under a car in the Latin Quarter, injuring a Dutch woman. An anonymous phone call said ultra-rightists were also responsible for that blast.
