An editor says Billy Carter got undisclosed $50,000

A journalist who investigated Billy Carter's Libya deals said the government's probe is incomplete because it failed to turn up evidence Billy got Quarterly, gave the statement to staff members of the Senate judiciary subcommittee formed to investigate Mr. Carter's Libyan connections.
