OPEC will hold its next scheduled price-setting meeting of oil ministers as scheduled in Bali, Indonesia, Dec. 15-16. The war between Iraq and Iran compelled the oil export group to postpone a 20th-anniversary summit meeting to have been held this week. OPEC oil ministers last discussed pricing at Vienna in mid-September, when they agreed to a freeze to last until the December meeting.
