A long-running border dispute between Peru and Ecuador has turned violent again, with Peru announcing military action to stop alleged violations of its territory. Ecuador accused Peru Wednesday of making two air attacks on an Ecuadorean military outpost at Paquisha, near the border. The Peruvian Foreign Minister later denied the attacks at Paquisha, whic h he said was Peruvian territory.
