Space-shuttle launching again postponed by US

The space agency delayed the maiden launching of the space shuttle Columbia from March 17 to the week of April 5 because of the failure on insulation on part of the ship's large external fuel tank. The delay is another in a long series of launching postponements caused by a variety of technical problems. The initial orbital flight is more than two years behind its original schedule.
