Few surprises expected in Reagan's formal budget

Ronald Reagan proposes the first budget of his infant presidency today, March 10 calling on Congress to enact unprecedented tax and spending cuts to pump new life into the economy. Few surprises are expected in the plan for the 1982 fina ncial year.
