Black male, late 20s, is victim No. 28 in Atlanta

A black man in his late 20s, whose body was pulled from the Chattahoochee River May 24, became the 28th victim in the series of slayings of young blacks in Atlanta in the last 22 months. A tentative identification of the man -- apparently the oldest victim yet -- was withheld at the request of po lice.
