Television writers for "Hill Street Blues," "WKRP in Cincinnati," and the drama special "The Shadow Box" have won coveted Humanitas Prizes. A special award was also given for an "NBC Report" segment, "The Migrants, 1980." The Human Family Educational and Cultural Institute, which selects the Humanitas winners, is a nonprofit organization of Hollywoo professionals "dedicated to the communication of human values thr ough television."
