3 Soviet envoys ordered expelled from Malaysia

Malaysia ordered the expulsion of three Soviet diplomats and arrested a senior Malaysian official for what it said were espionage activities. The government said one diplomat was an officer of the Soviet intelligence service, the KGB. The three were given 24 hours to leave the country.

An official statement said their activities constituted a grave abu se of their positions as embassy oficials.
