'Angel' leader dissatisfied with FBI inquiry in slaying

Last week's slaying of Guardian Angel Frank Melvinby a police officer is now the subject of an FBI inquiry.

Police said Mr. Melvin was shot because the officer believed the Angel was threatening his partner. But the Angels have said the shooting was a ''cold murder.''
