Wisconsin area tops in US unemployment

The Janesville-Beloit metropolitan area in Wisconsin had the highest unemployment rate in the nation - 15 percent - in November, according to the US Labor Department.

Close behind Janesville-Beloit was Modesto, Calif., at 14.9 percent.

At the other end of the scale, Tulsa, Okla., showed only 3.6 percent unemployment.
