Poland says Red Cross can call on detainees

The Red Cross has received permission to visit all individuals held in detention under martial law in Poland.

Red Cross representatives have already seen nearly 500 detainees in the country in visits that began Friday, and they estimate the number of people being held is in excess of official counts of 10,000.
