Interned Poles appeal for pregnant prisoner

Several prominent Polish trade unionists and journalists interned in a camp near the northern port of Szcezcin have publicly appealed for the release of a prisoner who is pregnant. The appeal was signed by 53 internees, including Bronislaw Geremek, formerly a close adviser to Solidarity union leader Lexch Walesa.
