''Dense pack'' basing for the MX missile isn't playing well down on the farm.

In Wyoming, which has been proposed as a possible site for dense-pack basing, residents worry that this could be the tip of an iceberg that would swallow much of their state. ''What would Wyoming be without ranches and farms? If the MX system comes to Wyoming, we will begin to find out,'' warns an anti-MX resident of Cheyenne.
