Facing stiff competition, Chi-chi of Sunnyvale, Calif., beat 29 other contestants to be named the Ugliest Dog in the World.
Chi-chi had a lot going for him in the 13th annual Ugly Dog Contest here. He has a natural Mohawk haircut and a furless, skinny body. Chi-chi will not travel the world, nor did he win a new car, but he did win some dog food and a trophy. He declined to comment on his victory.
