New Dutch coalition faces economics, arms snags

A center-right coalition government was sworn in Thursday in the Netherlands. It faces serious economic problems and a crucial decision on the siting of nuclear missiles on Dutch soil. The coalition, made up of the Christian Democrats (CDA) and Liberals (VVD), is the first Dutch center-right government to have a solid parliamentary majority since 1973.
