Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

Jack Swigert, a former astronaut and US representative-elect for Colorado's Sixth District passed on late Monday night after a long illness.
Last September Mr. Swigert scored the largest Republican primary victory in a contested race in Colorado history. A special election will be called to fill the seat.
