For a few shining moments, Ronald Reagan took to the stage again. At the close of a skit spoofing Republicans at the Gridiron Club's 98th annual dinner, the President made a surprise entrance - at the end of a conga line. Wearing a red and gold serape and a two-foot-wide sombrero, he broke into song with a parody of ''Manana.'' One of the verses: Now I fight the mighty battle of evil
