Irish Protestant leader Ian Paisley has been granted a temporary visa to visit the United States later this month to attend a church conference in South Carolina. The State Department had twice refused Mr. Paisley a visa after congressmen accused him of supporting terrorism in the struggle between Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland.
