Her frame is bent in some places. Her skin has some bad holes, and her guy rods are suspiciously slack. And her head isn't on straight. But despite all that, there is nothing wrong with the Statue of Liberty that a $20 million to $ 30 million restoration job can't fix. This is the report to the National Park Service from a team of American and French architects and engineers.
