Queen Regent Dzeliwe has been replaced as Swaziland's head of state by another widow of the late King Sobhuza. Officially, her task will be to run the country until a new king takes over. Diplomats say the heir-apparent is a 15- or 16-year-old boy, who will take the throne at age 21.
