Portuguese President Antonio Ramalho Eanes left Washington Saturday with President Reagan's promise of increased military aid for his NATO country. The two leaders also discussed the lease of the strategic American air base at Lajes in the Azores, which expired last February. Lower-level talks on renewing the lease are continuing.
