Refusal of one inmate to light the cigarette of another triggered a 41/2-hour clash among inmates that left 10 prisoners injured, officials at Turney Correctional Institute in Only, Tenn., said Tuesday. A spokesman said about 200 white and 100 black prisoners were involved in the rampage Monday night.
