Abdul Wali Khan, a leader of a Pakistani opposition party, was arrested Monday as he arrived home from London. Mr. Wali Khan, whose wife and father were already in police custody, was the latest of at least 10 opposition politicians who have been arrested as they returned from abroad to join the eight-party Movement for the Restoration of Democracy in its campaign against President Zia ul-Haq.
