CBS takes early lead in season's TV ratings
CBS, last year's network leader, appears to be doing it again. In the first week of the new season, the network ranked No. 1, with ABC in second spot and NBC third.
Among the 17 new shows introduced so far this year by the three commercial networks, only two managed to make the top 10 shows of the week: ''After-M*A*S*H'' (CBS) was the week's No. 1 show, with ''Hotel'' (ABC) rated No. 4.
