Zimbabwean charges that US spurs South Africa aggression

Zimbabwean Prime Minister Robert Mugabe ferociously accused the Reagan administration Wednesday of encouraging South Africa to act aggressively against neighboring countries.

Mr. Mugabe told a meeting of leaders of ''frontline'' states and West European socialist countries that Zimbabwe felt deceived by the United States, which, against the wishes of most African countries, has linked the issue of independence for Namibia to the withdrawal of Cuban troops from Angola.
