Bush says Reagan, Mondale differ on plan for Soviet talks

Vice-President George Bush denied Monday that President Reagan was trying to copy Walter Mondale by proposing regular US-Soviet talks on a Cabinet level. ''Mondale's talking about annualized meetings between the general secretary of the Communist Party and the president,'' Mr. Bush said. Bush's stop in this coal mine region was the first of a four-state campaign swing through Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
