North Korea accepts offer from Seoul to talk trade

North Korea said Tuesday it accepted South Korea's Oct. 12 offer to discuss trade, the (North) Korean Central News Agency reported. North Korea proposed a meeting next month, with five-man delegations on each side, and said the direct north-south telephone link could be used to discuss preparatory matters.
