Tutu accuses the White House of joining to prop apartheid

Anglican Bishop Desmond Tutu accused the Reagan administration Wednesday of collaborating with South Africa to perpetuate racism in his homeland. He said he is ''fearful for the next four years'' because of President Reagan's reelection.

In a speech at Howard University, the 1984 Nobel Peace Prize-winner urged American blacks and other ''freedom-loving peoples'' to force a policy change.
