Sculpture class and enduring things

We poured bronze today, Crucible of irridescent cream Slowly glowing pink. My mold filled and held, Formed face of a girl from the past. I finished her wax features in peace. Bronze will endure. Two young men helped pour. They were strong and sweaty, Intense as the heat in their task. Later, I told one What a good job done, Brave, too, He stood tall and smiled in my eyes. The bronze is cold now. The young man, Glowing.
