The Mysterious Black-Footed Ferret (PBS, 8-9 p.m.): National Audubon Society Special features rare footage of ferrets in the wild.

Spiritual India (PBS, 10-11 p.m.): Repeat of two BBC documentaries on the roles of holy men and astrology in contemporary Indian society. MONDAY

Rubinstein Remembered: A 100th Anniversary Tribute (PBS, 9-10 p.m.): ``American Masters'' series examines the life and career of piano virtuoso Arthur Rubinstein, mainly through the eyes of his son John.

Alive From Off Center (PBS, 10-11 p.m.): The Quay brothers present unusual puppet animation.
