SATURDAY Baseball playoffs (ABC, check local listings): At noon, ET, the NL plays Game 4, in Shea Stadium. At 8 p.m., ET, the Boston Red Sox go against the Oakland Athletics in Game 3 of the AL playoffs in Oakland.

THURSDAY CE News Magazine (PBS, 8:30-10 p.m.): Premi`ere of a series based on ``Children's Express,'' a news service which for 10 years has been written by kids 13 and under. Comedy Store 15th Year Class Reunion (NBC, 9:30-11 p.m.): Robin Williams, David Letterman, and some others not quite so famous salute the Hollywood comedy spot.
