PACIFIC ISLES TO TACKLE ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS

Pacific island nations will discuss the potentially disastrous impact of rising sea levels on low-lying atolls at a regional conference in the Marshall Islands next month. More than 60 scientists and government officials will meet in Majuro July 16-20 to discuss global pollution and the ``greenhouse effect'' on the states of the region, organizers said.
