The National Science Foundation said Monday that astronomers believe they have stumbled across evidence that galaxies may still be forming in the universe. The astronomers found a massive cloud of hydrogen, 10 times larger than the Milky Way galaxy, 65 million light years from Earth. Astronomers believe galaxies form from the condensation of hydrogen.
