Professional, peer-reviewed journal of scientific research. It has a substantial section on technological breakthroughs, as well as news of the scientific and public policy communities.

IEEE SPECTRUM (Published monthly by the Institute of the Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., 345 E. 47th St., New York, NY 10017-2394.)

Feature articles, editorials, reviews, and news briefs on subjects related to electrical and electronics engineering.
