SPLURGE CITY: TEHRAN TOPS WORLD LIST

Tehran remains the world's most expensive city, followed by Tokyo and Libreville, the capital of the west African nation of Gabon, a Corporate Resources Group survey says. The Norwegian capital Oslo remained Europe's most expensive city for the third successive year, while life tends to be cheapest in South American cities, said the survey known as the Executive Cost of Living Report.
