Whatever happened to the idea of being accountable for our own misjudgments? Didn't she know, before removing the lid, that the coffee was hot? Didn't she know that in a moving car, there is the danger of spilling from a full cup?...

Justice is not served when people turn to the courts to deal with every petty grievance.
