Readers' haiku hits the road
Back in april, we invited readers to enter our third annual Bumper-Sticker Haiku contest. Once again, you flooded us with poems.
We received nearly 2,500 haiku. Entries arrived from all over the United States, as well as from Canada, England, Switzerland, and the Virgin Islands.
The poems were judged by haiku poets Larry Kimmel and Carol Purington, and
Monitor poetry editor Elizabeth Lund.
Everyone who entered will receive one of the winning stickers. Many thanks to all!
