New from the comestibles industry to you: breakfast in a tube.

Philadelphia Mayor Edward Rendell sampled a new "push 'n' eat" food product called IncrEdibles (no jokes please, that involve dropping the "cr") earlier this month. His review was favorable, according to the Associated Press.

Contents: Scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese. Sales pitch: The first-ever truly portable, microwaveable convenience food for time-starved customers. What's for dinner: macaroni and cheese, among other entrees.

The product was developed by Columbus, Ohio-based Breakaway Foods. It is available in convenience stores for $1.49 to $1.99.
