New life for plastic peanuts

Children love popping the plastic Bubble Wrap used for mailing fragile items. But what about recycling those plastic-foam peanuts? Businessman Joe Marks of Keene, N.H., has established a "peanut route" around town, collecting leftover peanuts from area businesses to use for packing his own soap products.

Call the Peanut Hotline at 800-828-2214 to find businesses in your area that accept peanuts for reuse.
