January 30th marks the 130th birthday of the late great President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Known for his New Deal, and his leadership during World War II, the eloquent leader was elected to four terms of office. Among the many legacies he left were his beloved aphorisms, eight of which are compiled in 'Geary's Guide to the World's Great Aphorists' by James Geary.
