3. Infant toys with inflatable balls

The inflatable ball suspended from the Ocean Wonders Kick & Crawl Aquarium can lose its valve, creating a potential choking hazard.

Several infant products that include inflatable balls have been recalled because the valve on the balls can become detached and pose a choking hazard. No injuries have been reported, but there are 46 known incidents of the valves coming off.

Affected items include: Baby Playzone Crawl & Cruise Playground (item no. 73408); Baby Playzone Crawl & Slide Arcade (B2408); Ocean Wonders Kick & Crawl Aquarium (C3068); Baby Gymnastics Play Wall (H5704, H8094); 1-2-3 Tetherball (J0327); and the Bat & Score Goal (K0476).
