International furor over US Ukraine comments

German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and other leaders of the European Union have expressed frustration over the comments of Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland. A phone conversation of Nuland using an expletive in reference to the European Union was leaked and has gone viral.
